At Navas Viejas, we have been dedicated to the breeding and processing of acorn-fed Iberian pigs since 2016, combining tradition and exclusivity in each of our products. Our philosophy is based on an artisanal process, respecting the animals' natural cycle and guaranteeing the highest quality in every piece.
Located in a privileged setting in Salamanca, our pigs are raised free-range and fed on natural feed, grass, and, in the montaneras (acorn-feeding areas), exclusively on acorns. This results in an exceptional product with the unmistakable flavor and texture of authentic acorn-fed Iberian ham. We take care of every detail, from raising the pigs to curing them, to offer loins, shoulders, and hams of superior quality, preserving the heritage of our land.
